Thrust Duct Construction.

When making any type of bends around a Radius it's best to use a strap to push the material around the disk. This helps keeping it from braking your material while under stress.
Cutting the first 50" disk for the form.
Form wrapped with 1/8" plywood.
Notice the cleat. Cleat is used to nail plywood to. Much easier to remove disk later on.
Here I made a lathe to cut the angle on the foam. I used two pillow block bearings for the center to rotate on.
